She moved to Jacksonville to further her education in the field of psychology and is currently an undergraduate student at the University of North Florida. She volunteered at the ARC of South Florida and that is when her love for ABA originated. Clermine loves candles, volunteering her time at afterschool facilities, and reading on rainy days.

dbass@jaxbloom.comD’Angela is originally from Miami, Florida. Her mother moved her and her siblings to Jacksonville for a change. D’Angela knew at an early age that she wanted to work with children. She started her career path at FSCJ in pursuit of an elementary education degree, but quickly realized that was not her route. She then enrolled in the UNF child psychology program. It was there through an internship with ABA that she knew where her passion for children will flourish. She will be graduating from UNF with her BS in child psychology. She loves spending time with her family and friends, baking, trying new things, and listening to music.
Emily has been within the ABA field since 2020 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2023. She completed her undergraduate at University of North Florida with a major in Psychology then continued completing her masters at Capella University with a major in Psychology and concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her time within the field, she has loved working with children and helping them gain the tools they need to succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, going to the beach, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows.
Genevieve Covington, M.A., BCBA

gcovington@jaxbloom.comGenevieve is the founder and CEO of Bloom. She holds a masters degree in pediatric developmental psychology with an emphasis on feeding disorders. She is the feeding specialist for Bloom Behavioral Solutions, and designed and opened the feeding wing in July of 2022. She holds several certifications in a variety of feeding interventions and methodologies. She is certified in nutrition science from Stanford University and is currently attending Cornell University to obtain an additional certification in advanced nutrition. She is also an approved continuing education provider through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She thoroughly enjoys providing workshops on feeding intervention to her colleagues and peers in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
Genevieve is a lifelong resident of Atlantic Beach and lives with her husband and 4 year old boy/girl twins. She enjoys anything outside under the sun and in the water. She is an avid member of her community and enjoys organizing projects to give back to others and those in need.
Jennifer was raised in Atlantic Beach, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and minor in psychology from the University of North Florida. Before joining Bloom, she spent almost 12 years in the corporate finance world. She enjoys working at Bloom and the positive impact our services bring to our patients’ lives. Jennifer and her family enjoy golf cart rides around the beaches area, attending music concerts, and travelling.
Jillian Schafer graduated from Florida State University Spring of 2022, with her B.S. in Communication Science and Disorders. While she was originally pursuing becoming a Speech Language Pathologist, she stumbled upon the field of ABA and found a new calling. Jillian worked as an RBT for a year in Tallahassee, before moving back home to Atlantic Beach. She is currently preparing to become a BCBA, and hopes to work in the field of ABA therapy for as long as possible.
Kendrick Harrison is originally from WA but was an army brat who moved around a lot growing up and eventually ended up in FL. After college, he worked as an EMT before moving to Jacksonville and entering the addiction recovery/mental health field. During this time, Kendrick worked with a diverse population and fostered his passion for helping individuals better themselves and gain more independence. He then transitioned to teaching middle school which is where he first encountered ABA when he had two students with ASD. Kendrick worked with their RBT shadows and quickly realized that was the career path he had been searching for. Kendrick obtained his RBT certificate that summer and began his journey in ABA. In his free time, you can find Kendrick doing yoga, playing soccer, cooking, or gaming and, unfortunately for him, he’s a die-hard Arsenal FC and New York Giants fan.
Kory Graybeal RD, LD/N, MSH

Kory has a total of 10 years experience working as a Registered Dietitian. She first worked in an outpatient clinic where she worked with all ages from infants to the elderly. She currently works at a local hospital where she devotes her time to nutrition support and educating patients, staff and the community. Since Kory has started working for Bloom Behavioral Solutions, Inc., she has found passion in the challenge of offering ways to improve nutrition in children and families. Kory lives at the beach and enjoys all the beach has to offer. In addition, she loves to spend time with her family, exercise, run and cook. Kory is on a mission to improve the health and wellness of all ages one bite at a time.
Maegan was born in North Carolina, but as a military daughter, she ended up in Orange Park, where her father retired and the family decided to stay. After graduating high school in 2017, she moved to Macon, Georgia where she attended Mercer University. Having a passion for working with marginalized populations, she majored in Global Health Studies and graduated with her B.A. in 2021. After moving back to Jacksonville, her older sister introduced her to the field of ABA. She is looking forward to beginning her career in the field, and is excited for what her future at Bloom looks like. In her free time, she likes to try new foods, discover new hobbies, listen to music, and hang out with her cat, Frankie, and her friends.

ndrager@jaxbloom.comSamantha grew up in Jacksonville, FL before attending Florida State University to receive her B.S. degree in Family & Child Sciences with a Certificate in Developmental Disabilities and a minor in Psychology. Samantha then attended Jacksonville University to receive her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. While at JU, Samantha was a member of the leadership team that chartered the inaugural Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity at JU and was President of the OT honors society. Professionally, Samantha has worked primarily with children diagnosed with varying developmental and behavioral disorders as well as children diagnosed with psychiatric conditions seeking inpatient treatment. Samantha has a passion for working collaboratively with patients and their caregivers to ensure each member of the team has a valued voice in treatment. Samantha has an Autism Certification from IBCCES, is certified in Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and has special interest in sleep’s role in emotional regulation. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys playing board games with her friends and family, reading, and staying active.
Shannon has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2020. Her studies were completed at the University of North Florida where she earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Shannon has experience working closely with individuals diagnosed with ASD throughout the Jacksonville area, specializing in verbal behavior, social skills acquisition and problem behavior reduction. In her current role Shannon provides one to one direct therapy, oversees programming for select] cases and disseminates principles of ABA to support parents, teachers and junior staff. Shannon’s interests within the field include broadening her scope in feeding and experimenting with novel applications of ABA interventions.
In her free time Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband & family, taking her dog on walks, staying active and relaxing anywhere there is water nearby.
Sophie is a Florida native who moved to Jacksonville to obtain her undergraduate degree in Child Psychology at the University of North Florida. Sophie had a goal of working with marginalized groups, with a personal interest in ASD. She discovered ABA shortly after moving here in 2018, and accepted an internship to receive formal training and mentorship to become an RBT. She quickly became passionate about her work and is now pursuing a graduate degree in the field. Sophie is also passionate about volunteering overseas, art, and dog training. In her free time she likes to hike with her dog, Kila, and go rock climbing.

She lives with her husband and three daughters, one of which has special needs. Stormie has always worked with children in a childcare setting since graduating high school in 2012. Then she obtained her Associate degree in 2016 and started to pursue a new career after getting aquatinted with her special needs step daughter. Stormie has always loved seeing and helping make a difference in children’s lives and has always been dedicated to her work. She decided to pursue ABA to utilize her skills to the best of her ability and is very excited for her journey.

She is currently an undergraduate student at UNF pursuing a B.S in Psychology with a minor in Statistics. She was introduced to the field of ABA while in her first year of college and is very excited to start her career in this field as an RBT. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, cooking, reading and learning new things, and her cat Goose!
Ben is originally from Tampa, Florida. They moved to Jacksonville to pursue a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and sociology at the University of North Florida. Ben has always been interested in the social work field, previously working in after-school high school arts programs, and feels passionate about creating positive change in the communities around them. Ben loves to attend dance classes, volunteer with local color guard programs, and play Pokemon in their free time.
Imani is a new RBT completing her B.A. in Psychology at University of North Florida. She volunteers at The Arc jacksonville and previously volunteered with Volunteers in Medicine. She learned of the ABA field through her volunteering. Her hobbies are reading, listening to music, dancing, and trying new foods.
Makayah is a Jax Florida native. She loves bringing smiles to everyone’s faces. She felt called to the field of ABA because she loves individuals with special needs, and she wants to honor her beloved brother with down syndrome. Makayah is currently training as a yogi. She would be honored to help individuals with behavioral problems to experience inner peace and tranquility. She enjoys learning, getting lost in nature, and jamming to reggae.
Sahar is originally from Orlando, Florida and came to Jacksonville to get their degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. After graduation Sahar worked with adults with IDD to help them increase their independence through different skill sets and realized after a couple of years, wanted to work with kids to help them grow into thriving individuals. Sahar likes marvel movies and getting boba with friends.
