Bloom is a comprehensive multidisciplinary teaching clinic.
We take pride in offering continuing education to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, helping them prepare for successful careers in their fields. Our collaborative and hands-on approach ensures that our student-clinicians receive a world-class clinical education and therapeutic experience. One of our innovative teaching methods includes quarterly Learning Summits, where students and emerging clinicians present on various topics and current trends in their professions.
One of the most notable aspects of Bloom that we truly value is our exceptionally low staff turnover rate. We value our team members and recognize the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, particularly for students and parents. We do not enforce loyalty contracts, as we believe that loyalty thrives on a mutual relationship of support. When clinicians earn their licenses and certifications, we hope they choose Bloom as their place to practice. We do not consider obligatory relationships suitable for our practice’s values and culture.
At Bloom, we also prioritize the mental and physical well-being of our staff. Our commitment to these values is reflected in our initiatives, such as providing monthly meals for all staff, offering quarterly in-house continuing education sessions, and organizing staff wellness outings and retreats. Additionally, we foster staff engagement within the practice through diverse committees that team members can join, including the Ethics Committee, Community Outreach, Team Development, Student Cohort, and more!
